This release contains minor improvements and no bug fixes.
- Simplified how Authors deal with centered capsules by automatically detecting the css class and adding local style that sets the right/left margins to auto.
- Changed some field names to correspond with the Multi-TOC Code Source so the center formatting logic can be reused.
